
Annual Membership Meeting May 17
Tuesday, May 17th, is our annual Membership Meeting. It will begin at 6pm at Taspen’s Organics: 12424 Big Timber Dr #3, Conifer, CO 80433.
Besides the typical year in review of all that we have achieved in our community due to your support and the voting in of the new Board Members, please come for some very special reasons.

April Volunteer of the Month: Cathy Banks
The Second Chance Thrift Store has many, many hard working and dedicated volunteers that all help to make the store the successful retail shop that
it is. Many compliments come in every week about how it isn't like other thrift stores and more like a boutique. Cathy runs a lot of the logistics of the store including the scheduling and the sorting of items. Cathy’s continuous efforts and dedication is acknowledged by many every day. New Staff: Susan Belsky
Susan Belsky is a retired Veterinary Technician and retired Surgical Technician.
She is honored to work and help in the community with a great organization - IMHS. She is looking forward to helping with adoptions and finding forever homes for all of the needy animals.
Susan lives in Bailey with her husband and her geriatric animals. When she is not at work, Susan is enjoying the great outdoors, either hiking, gardening or completing lots of home projects.


New Volunteer Coordinator: Lisa Hoffman
I'm excited to be the new Volunteer Coordinator at IMHS. I'm a huge believer in shelter pets, I think it's an amazing way for me to give back to our small foothills community.
In this new role, I hope to be able to engage even more volunteers to strengthen the organization, where ever they fit in, as well as soliciting feedback from current volunteers about what is working and identify areas for improvement. Shoes for Shelters
Intermountain Humane Society is partnering with Funds2Orgs to raise funds by collecting gently worn, used or new shoes. Together, we can help others in the world while also helping the countless cats and pups that come through our doors.
