Open House With Life Bridge Food Pantry

We're always looking for ways to better serve our community and we've found that collaboration is one of the best!

In April, we're partnering up with Life Bridge Food Pantry to help them stock up their pantry in April for the Easter holiday and most importantly, not forget that many of the pets in our community also sometimes go hungry.

Intermountain Humane Society will host an Open House event on Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 12-3 p.m. at the shelter, located at 67318 US Hwy 285, in Pine.

In addition to showing you around the shelter and our thrift store, we'd like to help out our neighbors who may be a bit down on their luck. Life Bridge is our Bailey area food pantry and this year their goal is to supply area families with 120 Easter food baskets. You can learn how to help them at their website and bring us some dog or cat food and help out our area pets who are also in need of a good meal!

Board Members, Ambassadors, Volunteers, and Staff will be on hand to answer questions and give tours of the Shelter and the Second Chance Thrift Store, where he proceeds of your lightly used goods helps to fund shelter operations.

But that's not all!

After donating your food items, donors will be given a raffle ticket for prizes such as Rockies baseball tickets, King Sooper gift cards, and a gift certificate to Clear Creek Rafting Company. If you have any questions about the event, please e-mail info@imhs.org or call the shelter directly at 303-838-2668.

We'd like to get to know you better!

Swing by your local animal shelter, (The Love Shack) and say hello with a bag or as many cans of pet food you can carry for our furry neighbors. We're working hard to be the best little shelter in the Universe!
