IMHS Wins Non-Profit of the Year!

WOW! This is a big year for IMHS. Not only is it our 35 Anniversary but won the popular vote of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce's award for Best Non-Profit for the 2016-2017 year.

We are stunned, humbled and honored. And proud to be here with these other winners who do so much for our mountain community.

Through a generous donation by a board member we were able to have a table at the March 9th event held at Tomahawk Ranch in Bailey. In attendance were Aly Stein, Shelter Manager, Lindsey Marsh, Board Member and Fundraising Chair, Lauren Drabble Board President, as well as a few faithful volunteers and donors who contributed to IMHS in 2016.

We know that we won because we are working hard every day to fulfill our mission of being the leading resource for dogs, cats and pet stewards in Park County and the surrounding mountain communities. At Intermountain Humane Society we save, shelter, train, educate, rehabilitate and find dogs and cats their forever homes. But we also know that we got your vote because you LOVE your pets! We know how much they mean to you and we are honored to have had a part in one of the most rewarding relationships in your life.
