Annual Membership Meeting May 17
Tuesday, May 17th, is our annual Membership Meeting. It will begin at 6pm at Taspen’s Organics: 12424 Big Timber Dr #3, Conifer, CO 80433. Besides the typical year in review of all that we have achieved in our community due to your support and the voting in of the new Board Members, please come for some very special reasons. First, we want to publicly thank our departing Board President, Cheryl Ide, for her many years of service to IMHS.
Second, we’ll be voting in updated by-laws and new board members. (Only members get to vote. ) We do still have openings on the board!
Third, we are revamping our “membership meeting” to be more of an annual celebration of our members, volunteers and other supporters. PARTY! If you did not get a physical letter in the mail that means you are not a member. Membership is an essential way to show your commitment to IMHS.
Membership funds give us a base for annual donations so we can best budget all that we want to do for the community in the year. Many of our donors and volunteers are not members simply because they don't know about it or the benefits to us and to them.
You can also purchase a membership at Taspens at the party on the 17th!
