Hi my name is Benny. I am very shy at first but when I warm up to you I am a sweetheart! I am approximately 7 months and will need a home that is patient and understanding. I need training on a leash and am almost housetrained. I am good with other dogs and cats. I need a house with calm and gentle children if I am adopted to a family with children.

Foster Homes Needed!
IMHS dogs and puppies are housed exclusively in foster homes. We don't have kennels at the shelter, except temporary kennels for use on Saturday morning adoption displays. We typically can house from 4-8 dogs and a litter or two of puppies in our organization. Unfortunately, the demand is far in excess or our capacity. We need two things: One is more foster homes and the other (long-term goal here) is a permanent shelter. If you can be a foster home, please contact us. If you would like to donate toward a shelter facility, we are currently developing a preliminary plan for a new facility and would welcome your donation!
